Photography, for me, has always been about feeling. The way sunlight filters through trees during a family session, the nervous excitement in a senior’s eyes before they step into their future, or the quiet warmth between two people in love — these are the pieces of life that make time stand still. I believe that photographs should do more than just look beautiful; they should make you feel something every time you see them.
Whether I’m photographing families, seniors, or couples, my goal is always the same: to capture the kind of warm, heartfelt, and authentic images that remind you of who you are and the people who matter most. I want every session to feel relaxed, comfortable, and full of genuine connection — because when you feel at ease, your true self shines through.
I started my photography journey because I wanted to preserve emotion — not perfection. I wanted to freeze the fleeting moments that can so easily slip away in the rush of everyday life. Over time, it’s become so much more than a creative outlet; it’s become a way to connect, to celebrate, and to help others see the beauty that’s already within their lives.
Based in Canby, I feel so lucky to live and work in a place surrounded by natural beauty — giant fields, golden sunsets, and those perfectly overcast Oregon skies that make light feel soft and timeless. This community means so much to me, and I love photographing local families, seniors, and couples as they create memories right here in our little corner of the world.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m living a life full of the little things that bring me joy. I’m a proud French bulldog mom, a caffeine enthusiast who rarely says no to a good coffee, and a reality TV fan who believes every show is a lesson in human connection (and a little bit of chaos). I’m also an insurance professional — which might sound like a funny balance, but it’s given me an appreciation for relationships, reliability, and taking care of people in all seasons of life.
Faith is an important part of who I am. As a daughter of Christ, I believe that every person’s story is uniquely beautiful and worthy of being remembered. Photography is one of the ways I feel closest to that truth — capturing small reflections of grace, love, and light in the people I meet.
